Magnetic AC Contactor 9-95A | IEC60947-4 660V

The HC1 Series AC Contactor is designed for 50Hz/60Hz circuits with a rated voltage of up to 660V and a rated current of up to 95A. This contactor is used for remote switching of electrical circuits, as well as frequent starting, stopping, and control of AC motors.

It can be combined with auxiliary contact groups, air delayers, and mechanical interlocking devices, and thermal relays to form delay contactors, mechanical interlocking contactors, star-delta starters, and electromagnetic starters.

Available in models ranging from HC1-09 to HC1-95, it supports 35mm or 75mm DIN rail installation and is suitable for controlling motors with power ratings from 2.2kW to 45kW (at 380v
AC3).

Normal Working Conditions and Installation Conditions

Ambient air temperature: -5℃ to+40℃, with the 24-hour average not exceeding +35℃.
Elevation: No more than 2000 meters.
Atmospheric conditions: At +40℃, the relative humidity does notexceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed. For the wettest month, the average minimum temperature does not exceed +25°C, and the average monthly maximum relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
Condensation on the product due to temperature changes should be considered.
Pollution Level: Level 3.
Installation Category: Category Ⅲ.
Installation Conditions: The installation surface can have a slope of up to ±50° relative to the vertical.
Shock and Vibration: The product should be installed and used in locations free from significant shaking, shock, and vibration.
