9-95A 660V DIN Rail Contactor for Motor Control

The HC2 Series AC Contactor is suitable for 50Hz/60Hz circuits with a rated voltage of up to 660V and a rated current of up to 95A. This contactor is used for switching circuits and frequently starting and controlling AC motors.

Describe Display

The HC2 Series AC Contactor is suitable for 50Hz/60Hz circuits with a rated voltage of up to 660V and a rated current of up to 95A. It is used for switching circuits and frequently starting and controlling AC motors.

This contactor can be combined with auxiliary contact groups, air delayers, mechanical interlocking devices, and thermal relays to form delay contactors, interlocking contactors, star-delta starters, and electromagnetic starters.

Available in models from HC2-09 to HC2-95, it supports 35mm or 75mm DIN rail installation and controls motors with power ratings from 2.2kW to 45kW (at 380V AC-3).

*Rated insulation voltage: 660V. Conventional thermal current: 20A to 125A. Coil voltage options: 24V to 660V (AC 50Hz/60Hz/50-60Hz).*

Note

The installation of the relays can be done with two screws,
and also uses the 35mm installation rail.
The installation of the relays can use three screwsand also use the 75mm or 35mm installation rail.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions

  • Ambient air temperature:-5℃ to+40℃, with the 24-hour average not exceeding +35℃.
  • Elevation: No more than 20o0 meters.
  • Atmospheric conditions: At +40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed. For the wettest month, the average minimum temperature does not exceed +25℃, and the average monthly maximum relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
  • Condensation on the product due to temperature changes should be considered.
  • Pollution Level: Level 3.
  • Installation Category: Category Ⅲ.
  • Installation Conditions: The installation surface can have a slope of up to ±50° relative to the vertical.
  • Shock and Vibration: The product should be installed and used in locations free from significant shaking, shock, and vibration.
